Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.
Delivery Times
- Metro Areas: 1–3 business days
- Regional/Remote Areas: 3–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Same Day Packing is not responsible for courier delays, weather events, or peak-season slowdowns.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Allied Express and Aramex. Carrier selection is based on your delivery location and order size.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, weight, and size. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is dispatched.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post only. For bulky or heavy items, we may contact you to arrange an alternative address if courier delivery is not possible.
Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. It is your responsibility to track your parcel and contact the carrier directly for delivery issues after dispatch.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave unless otherwise requested. Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Same Day Packing is not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended parcels.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a re-delivery fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Replacements or refunds will be issued only once the claim is confirmed and approved.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside Australia. For wholesale international enquiries, please contact our support team.
