Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the product is deemed faulty or not as described under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unused items unless required by law.

Strict Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description.
• It must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Custom-printed or made-to-order packaging
• Sale or clearance items
• Bulk purchases (over 5 of the same item) unless faulty
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Return Process

All returns must be approved prior to sending. Any unsolicited returns may be refused or discarded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty. We recommend using a trackable method. We are not liable for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
